A confirmation that we received your account(s) will be sent to you within 24 hours. You can also view our sample client agreement. This is just something we draw up to state what we will do for you as the collection agency.
 

What is your usual process for collections?

  Once a account is placed to Delta Management Group and booked for processing, first contact is initiated within 24 hours. Our efforts continue through a series of collection letters and timely phone contacts until the account is resolved by one of the following outcomes occurring: payment in full, payment arrangements made, settlement made, litigation necessary or efforts exhausted.
